I have been looking forward to hearing your piece “Does the Journey Seem Long?” ever since I saw it on the program when we received our music for this festival [Church Music Festival on Temple Square, February 2015]. This song has meant a lot to me over the years as I have struggled with much illness. Not long ago, it hung on my wall where I could read it easily from bed. It also has the sweetest story behind it – how the prophet Joseph Fielding Smith drew from his experience to write the words for his sick wife. Thanks for submitting this!
